Returns & Refunds
Our policy for beats, instrumentals, and digital licences. Because these are digital goods delivered instantly, returns work a little differently to physical products.
Digital products
Every beat, instrumental, and licence sold on TheSpaceRecords is a digital product delivered as downloadable files. Free digital delivery after cleared payment.
Returns & exchanges
Because purchases are delivered digitally and cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not accept returns or exchanges on completed orders. Completed digital downloads are non-refundable unless the delivered files are defective or materially different from the purchased tier.
Defective or incorrect files
If the files you receive are corrupted, will not download, or are materially different from the tier you purchased, we will fix it — a working replacement of the correct files, or a refund of that order where a replacement isn't possible. Contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order details.
Duplicate or accidental charges
If you were charged more than once for the same order, or a payment went through in error, contact us with the payment reference and we will verify and refund the duplicate charge.
